Account > Billing lists your DEXes and their plans. This page covers what Starter includes, how paid plans charge you, and how the platform share is calculated.
Starter
Starter is free. Builder fees on a Starter DEX go to Floatout instead of to you.
Everything else is yours: branding, design, navigation, social links, media, SEO, tracking, legal texts, restrictions, integrations, custom domain, analytics, leaderboard, and outcome markets.
Limits apply on Starter. You can currently create 2 DEXes per wallet. A Starter DEX with no traffic for 30 days is paused, and you can resume it with one click in the console. A DEX paused for 90 days is decommissioned. Its name stays reserved to your wallet for a further 90 days.
Paid plans
A paid plan charges a one-time setup fee at activation, then an ongoing platform share of the gross builder fee. There is no monthly fee. Hosting, updates, and new features are included.
Current rates are listed at floatout.xyz/#pricing. The rate shown at the time you purchase is the rate that applies to you, and the console displays it.
How the platform share is calculated
The platform share is a percentage of the gross builder fee, the full fee Hyperliquid credits to your contract. Affiliate and trader kickbacks come out of your remainder, never out of the platform share.
The gross builder fee decomposes into three parts: the platform share, affiliate kickbacks, and what you retain.
The share is applied in the ledger before each root is published. Floatout claims its share through the same claim path as everyone else.

These features do not depend on the plan: leaderboard, outcome markets, referrals, analytics, theming, restrictions, and custom domains.
Referrals require activation, because affiliate payouts run through your contract.
Upgrades
The billing page lists your DEXes with their current plan and platform share. Upgrading to a higher plan charges the difference in setup fees.
The new share applies from the upgrade forward. Floatout never recomputes past accruals.
Enterprise
Enterprise runs on an annual contract with a negotiated share. Contact hello@floatout.xyz.

Floatout does not offer downgrades or refunds.
